This build is designed around a 16-core i7-13700K processor and an RTX 4070Ti 12GB video card.

Software Workload/Customer Need

This customer needed a powerful new gaming computer that would last a long time. This build is designed for VR, 3D printing, CAD, and some gaming.

This customer previously purchased White Comet.

Design Rationale

  • The i7-13700K gave the customer a great amount of single-core performance for gaming, and multicore performance for heavily-threaded tasks.
  • To ensure the CPU runs at full speed, liquid cooling with a 360mm AIO was recommended.
  • The customer wanted a stable motherboard with support for DDR5 memory.
  • The customer wanted at least 32GB of RAM, white RGB was preferred for visual appeal.
  • The customer needed more storage, so we recommended a 1TB Gen4 NVME for OS+programs and 4TB Gen4 NVME for main storage.
  • For good VR gaming performance, we recommended the RTX 4070Ti.
  • While the overall design of the build did not require a 1200W PSU, we recommended one to handle up to an RTX 4090.
  • We used a mid-tower case to fit the build, white was preferred for visual appeal.
  • We used our high-end LED fans to ensure proper airflow and static pressure.
