Design Rationale

  • The i9-14900K gave the customer a great amount of single-core performance for modeling, and multicore performance for heavily-threaded tasks.
  • To ensure the CPU runs at full speed, liquid cooling with a 360mm AIO is recommended.
  • The customer wanted a stable motherboard with a good amount of desktop functionality.
  • The customer wanted to max the build out with 192GB of RAM.
  • The customer requested twin 2TB NVME drives.
  • The customer requested the RTX 4000 ADA 20GB.
  • While the overall design of the build only requires an 850W power supply, the 1200W gives the user a much longer upgrade path.
  • We used our normal mid-tower case to fit the build.
  • We used our highest-end fans to ensure proper airflow and static pressure.
