This build is designed around a 8-core Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor and an RX 7900 XTX 24GB video card.

Software Workload/Customer Need

This customer wanted a powerful new gaming computer with custom liquid cooling to handle their games that would last a long time.

This customer wanted the best CPU for gaming, a specific case, white radiators, white memory, specific white RGB fans, a white motherboard, a specific GPU, white PSU cables, white RGB memory, distribution manifold, and specific hard-line tubing.

This build was influenced by Dirty Durham, Rage Inducer, and Resurrected.

  • The customer opted for a hard-tube custom loop for visual appeal and increased cooling power.
  • The customer wanted a stable motherboard with a good amount of desktop functionality and high speed memory support.
  • The customer wanted at least 32GB of RAM, wanted very fast memory, and wanted white color.
  • The customer opted for a Gen5 NVME for OS+programs and a Gen4 NVME for main storage.
  • The customer requested a specific GPU.
  • The overall design of the build meant that a 1000W power supply was recommended.
