This customer needed a powerful new workstation to handle their growing professional workload that would last a long time.

This build is designed for Trimble Business Center.

This customer also purchased The Pretender, Boss Level, and White Cyber Knight.

Design Rationale

  • The i7-12700K gave the customer a great amount of single-core performance for general use, and multicore performance for heavily-threaded tasks.
  • To ensure the CPU runs at full speed, air cooling with dual-tower cooler is recommended.
  • The customer wanted a stable motherboard with a good amount of desktop functionality.
  • The customer wanted at least 32GB of RAM, wanted to save money with last-gen tech.
  • The customer requested twin 2TB NVME drives.
  • The customer requested the same video card from the previous order (The Pretender).
  • The overall design of the build meant that a 850W power supply was recommended.
  • We used our default mid-tower case to fit the build.
  • We used our default fans to ensure proper airflow and static pressure.
