Design Rationale

  • The Ryzen 9 5950X gave the customer a great amount of single-core performance for modeling, and multicore performance for heavily-threaded tasks.
  • To ensure the CPU runs at full speed, liquid cooling with a 360mm AIO is recommended.
  • The customer wanted a stable motherboard with a good amount of desktop functionality.
  • The customer wanted to max the build out with 128GB of RAM.
  • The customer requested twin 2TB NVME drives.
  • Due to bad pricing on the RTX 3090 at the time, the customer opted for an RTX A5000 24GB.
  • The overall design of the build meant that a 1000W power supply was recommended.
  • We used a bigger mid-tower case to fit the build.
  • We used our highest-end fans to ensure proper airflow and static pressure.

Customer Review

“Getting a new and dependable machine was overdue. Chris knew the kind of machine I was looking for and provided a well balanced and expandable configuration for my needs.

Being able to watch the machine being put together on live stream was pretty cool and added to the confidence I had in its quality. When I received the computer, it had been fully tested and I was able to confidently put it into production immediately. It runs as cool and as quiet as can be and will be easily expandable.”
