Design Rationale

  • The Ryzen 5 5600X gave the customer a great amount of single-core performance for gaming and editing, and multicore performance for heavily-threaded tasks.
  • To ensure the CPU runs at full speed, air cooling with a single-tower cooler is recommended. The customer preferred liquid cooling for visual appeal, and wanted an RGB model.
  • The customer wanted a stable motherboard with a good amount of desktop functionality.
  • The customer wanted at least 32GB of RAM, and wanted RGB.
  • The customer was mostly fine with our recommended storage setup, only adding a 2TB HDD.
  • For decent gaming, streaming, and editing performance, we recommended an RTX 3060.
  • The overall design of the build meant that a 750W power supply was recommended.
  • We used our default mid-tower case to fit the build.
  • We used our high-end RGB fans to ensure proper airflow and static pressure.
