Design Rationale

  • The Ryzen 7 3700X gave the customer a great amount of single-core performance for 1080p/144hz gaming, and multicore performance for heavily-threaded tasks.
  • To ensure the CPU runs at full speed, air cooling with a single-tower cooler is recommended.
  • The customer wanted a stable motherboard with a good amount of desktop functionality.
  • The customer wanted at least 32GB of RAM, 64GB was an easy upgrade.
  • The customer was fine with our default storage setup.
  • We recommended the RTX 2070 Super for gaming performance.
  • The overall design of the build meant that a 750W power supply was recommended.
  • We used a white version of our default mid-tower case to fit the build.
  • We used our default fans to ensure proper airflow and static pressure.

Customer Review

“I found Chris and team through mutual connections on LinkedIn. I’m so glad I did.

From beginning to end, they helped build me a customized 1080p/144hz gaming computer that fit my needs. They even talked me down from getting a better graphics card from them because it wouldn’t fit with my goals. What kind of company convinces you to spend less with them? That’s how great these guys are.

I had the computer shipped here to Tulsa, Oklahoma. They did a FANTASTIC job packaging the PC. It was bubbled wrapped and supported by all kinds of cushions. They went over the top and I’m grateful for it. My computer is running at 130+ FPS thanks to these guys and the computer is so quiet. It doesn’t make a sound. Really impressive.

Whether you know a lot about computers or very little, Top Flight Computers is the ONLY place to get a customized PC.”
