Core Ultra 9 CAD Rack Workstation Overview
This Core Ultra 9 CAD Rack Workstation is built around the Intel Core Ultra 9 285K with an RTX Pro 4000 Blackwell 24GB video card.
This combination provides a very powerful solution for modeling, editing, and rendering.
This workstation is designed for use in applications such as SolidWorks that require a Pro GPU driver for full functionality, or can leverage increased higher-precision compute. The RTX Pro 4000 Blackwell 24GB also has ECC memory, smaller form factor, and lower power draw, all helping to create a more robust product for extended render sessions.
Core Ultra 9 CAD Rack Workstation Upgrades/Changes
If you do need something other than an RTX Pro 4000 Blackwell 24GB, we can change it to a different model to best suit your needs.
If you need more than 256GB of RAM, we recommend a build based on Threadripper 7000, as it supports ECC memory. 384GB is the highest we can go on Threadripper non-Pro, without resorting to EXTREMELY expensive 128GB or 256GB DIMMs. 768GB is the highest we can normally go on Threadripper Pro, for the same reasons.
Core Ultra 9 CAD Rack Workstation Limitations
This build is currently limited to 24 threads, 1 GPU, and 256GB of memory. Please let us know if you need a more robust platform.
