Dual EPYC 9005 Low Workstation Overview
This Dual EPYC 9005 Low workstation is built around twin AMD EPYC 16-Core 9135 processors and onboard graphics.
This combination of AMD EPYC 9005 Turin provides a very powerful overall solution for CPU-based rendering, simulation, and high-performance computing.
This workstation uses several high-speed fans for RAM cooling. It is fairly loud at idle/light loads, and VERY LOUD at heavy loads.
Dual EPYC 9005 Low Workstation Upgrades/Changes
2.2TB of RAM is the highest we can normally go on EPYC, without resorting to EXTREMELY expensive 128GB or 256GB DIMMs.
If you need a dedicated GPU, we can install RTX ADA and RTX Pro Blackwell units in this build. Please note that this enterprise-class board does not offer any audio connectivity or WiFi.
Dual EPYC 9005 Low Workstation Limitations
This platform supports 768 threads, 2 GPUs, and 6TB of memory. Please let us know if you need a more robust platform.
