This Ryzen 9 Photogrammetry Workstation is built around the Ryzen 9 9950X with an RTX 5080 16GB video card.

This combination provides a very powerful solution for modeling, pointcloud registration, and final rendering.

This workstation is designed for use in applications such as Metashape, Meshroom, Pix4D, RealityCapture, Colmap, ContextCapture, and ReCap Pro.

Ryzen 9 Photogrammetry Workstation Upgrades/Changes

If you need more than 16GB of VRAM, we recommend the RTX Pro 4000 Blackwell 24GB, RTX Pro 4500 Blackwell 32GB, RTX 5090 32GB, RTX Pro 5000 Blackwell 48GB, or RTX Pro 6000 Blackwell 96GB.

If you need more than 256GB of RAM, we recommend a photogrammetry workstation build based on Threadripper, as it supports ECC memory. 384GB is the highest we can go on Threadripper non-Pro, without resorting to EXTREMELY expensive 128GB or 256GB DIMMs. 768GB is the highest we can normally go on Threadripper Pro, for the same reasons.

Ryzen 9 Photogrammetry Workstation Limitations

This platform is currently limited to 32 threads, 1 GPU, and 256GB of memory. Please let us know if you need a more robust platform.
