Ryzen 9000 SFF Workstation Overview
This Ryzen 9000 SFF Workstation is built around the AMD Ryzen 9 9950X in a smaller case than traditional desktop PCs. There’s no compromise on performance though, as this machine still fits a desktop-class CPU and GPU.
Connectivity is plentiful with USB and audio ports along the top front edge, more USB ports, additional audio jacks, and Ethernet in the rear, and WiFi & Bluetooth for wireless. There are also plenty of fans to keep components cool, with filters over the air intakes to reduce dust buildup.
Ryzen 9000 SFF Workstation Upgrades/Changes
If you need more than 128GB of RAM, we recommend a regular desktop build based on Core Ultra or Ryzen, these platforms support up to 256GB RAM. We can change the current ITX motherboard to a MicroATX motherboard that allows for 4 DIMMs, and a slightly bigger case, however this will not be as expandable as a regular tower (ATX motherboard).
If you need more than 256GB RAM, we recommend Threadripper 7000, as it supports ECC memory. 384GB is the highest we can go on Threadripper non-Pro, without resorting to EXTREMELY expensive 128GB or 256GB DIMMs. 768GB is the highest we can normally go on Threadripper Pro, for the same reasons.
Ryzen 9000 SFF Workstation Limitations
This motherboard is currently limited to 32 threads, 1 GPU, and 96GB of memory. Please let us know if you need a more robust platform.
