This Threadripper 9000 2-GPU Rendering Workstation is built around the Threadripper 9960X with twin RTX 5090 32GB video cards.

This combination provides a very powerful solution for rendering needs in Octane, Redshift, Cinema 4D, and VRay.

Threadripper 9000 2-GPU Rendering Workstation Upgrades/Changes

If you need more than 32GB of VRAM, we recommend the RTX Pro 5000 Blackwell 48GB or RTX Pro 6000 Blackwell 96GB.

4 GPUs requires changing to RTX Pro Blackwell.

384GB of RAM is the highest we can go on Threadripper non-Pro, without resorting to EXTREMELY expensive 128GB or 256GB DIMMs. 768GB is the highest we can normally go on Threadripper Pro, for the same reasons. 2.25TB is the highest we can go on dual-EPYC, for the same reasons.

Threadripper 9000 2-GPU Rendering Workstation Limitations

This platform is currently limited to 192 threads, 4 GPUs, and 1TB of ECC memory. Please let us know if you need a more robust platform.
