Threadripper Pro 9000 CAD Workstation Overview

This Threadripper Pro 9000 CAD Workstation is built around the Threadripper Pro 9​98​5​WX with an RTX Pro 6000 Blackwell 96GB video card.

This combination provides a very powerful solution for extremely complex 3D CAD workloads that require more than 384GB of RAM or can use more than 4 memory channels.

Threadripper Pro 9000 CAD Workstation Upgrades/Changes

This workstation is designed for use in applications that require a Pro GPU driver for full functionality, or can leverage increased higher-precision compute. The RTX Pro 6000 Blackwell 96GB also has ECC memory, smaller form factor, and lower power draw, all helping to create a more robust product for extended rendering sessions.

If you do not require an RTX Pro 6000 Blackwell 96GB, we can change it to a different model to best suit your needs.

768GB of RAM is the highest we can go on Threadripper Pro, without resorting to EXTREMELY expensive 128GB or 256GB DIMMs. 2.25TB of RAM is the highest we can go on EPYC 9004, for the same reasons.

Threadripper Pro 9000 CAD Workstation Limitations

This platform is currently limited to 192 threads, 4 GPUs, and 2TB of memory. Please let us know if you need a more robust platform.
