This Xeon 3500 AI Inference 96B Rack Workstation is built around the Intel Xeon W5-3535X with an RTX Pro 6000 Blackwell 96GB video card.
This combination provides a very powerful solution for computation and allows for development on 96B parameter LLMs.
This is a rackmount version of our Xeon 3500 AI Inference 96B Workstation.
This workstation is designed for local secured development of agentic AI swarms.
Xeon 3500 AI Inference 96B Rack Workstation Upgrades/Changes
This generative AI workstation can handle LLMs up to 96B parameters. We can use the RTX Pro 4000 Blackwell 24GB, RTX Pro 4500 Blackwell 32GB, RTX Pro 5000 Blackwell 48GB, and RTX Pro 6000 Blackwell 96GB (MaxQ and Workstation).
This computer does not include a Windows license and is built to run Linux. The OS choice is up to the customer however.
Xeon 3500 AI Inference 96B Rack Workstation Limitations
This platform is currently limited to 120 threads, 7 GPUs, and 4TB of memory. Please let us know if you need a more robust platform.
