Turnaround
- Parts generally take 2 weeks to arrive. We will do our best to let you know if delays occur in shipping.
- Once all parts have arrived, we’ll build the PC. After the PC is built, we’ll post a picture gallery online.
- After your PC is built, we configure the BIOS, install the OS, install necessary drivers, and stress test the system for an extended period of time. This post-build/configuration phase typically takes 1 week.
- Final shipping to you typically takes 2-4 business days. We do not recommend using priority shipping as this may lead to inadequate handling quality and shipping damage.
- If you are looking to purchase 10+ computers, add roughly 1 week additional lead time per every 10 PCs. Please contact our sales team for more information during your consultation.
Shipping and Final Delivery
- Customers local to us are welcome to pick up their computer from our shop. Pickup location will be given later in the order process.
If you are within 150 miles of our shop in Fuquay-Varina NC 27526, we can deliver your custom-built computer to you. A $1.50/mi delivery fee will be applied.
If necessary, we can ship your computer to you via FedEx Ground. This comes with added cost. If we need to ship your computer, it will be securely packed, safely surrounded with various plastic foam types.
- We do not recommend expedited shipping as this can result in poor packing handling and damages in shipping. We are not responsible for shipping damages incurred during final shipping. While we pack the system as safely as possible, the handling and care of the final package by the shipping company is out of our control. Please contact us if there is shipping damage to the computer.
We do not ship outside the continental USA (yes to Alaska, no to Hawaii).
