“In March, I had an apartment fire and lost my computer. I was able to save 3 hard drives, but needed a new PC.
I met the Top Flight Computers team at Playthrough Gaming Convention in Raleigh. From the start, they were friendly and welcoming. Never made you feel like you asked a dumb question and showed genuine interest in helping you. The PCs they had on display were wonderfully clean and wire managed.
They contacted me after the convention and we discussed what I was looking to do. Chris sent me a few builds with different price points. We spoke about what parts is better to invest more money in and why. What was great was they were able to use the hard drives from my old computer into the new build.
I then got to watch my build live streamed. They explained the building process and the parts that were being used, in addition to fielding any questions viewers had during the stream. After that, Chris gave me updates on the computer and testing it out to make sure that when I have it home, I can turn it on and just go.
